If you are moving, in or out, please contact the Caretaker (James) who will arrange to install protective covers in the lift, so that your furniture will be protected from damage and the lift walls will be similarly protected from scratches etc. If you are moving in the Caretaker will also arrange to provide you with the necessary introduction to the building's facilities. The Management Committee have provided some additional Useful Information and have prepared a Welcome Letter that collectively provides necessary information, allowing a more seamless introduction to the building.
If you have deliveries or pickups that may require the driver to exceed the Commercial Vehicle parking time allocation, the driver can call the Adelaide City Council (ACC) on 8203 7203 and request a time extension. However, the Adelaide City Council does not grant permits to park in the No Standing zone on Charles Street.
